Dayang awarded more work by Sapura OMV

Malaysia’s Dayang Enterprise has secured a contract extension from Sapura OMV Upstream, the parent company said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.

The deal, which covers maintenance, construction, and modification services offshore Malaysia, will last through to December 31, 2024.

The value of the contract extension is based on work orders issued by Sapura OMV and the offshore maintenance services provider said it expects the deal to have a positive impact on its future earnings.

Earlier this year Dayang landed contract extensions until the end of December next year with JX Nippon Oil & Gas Exploration and Roc Oil.
