DOF Subsea awarded raft of new contracts

DOF Subsea has been awarded several new contracts, taking the company’s awards for 2019 over the NOK 1bn ($115.4m) mark.

The company has been awarded a contract by the Norwegian Mapping Authority for hydrographic services for the MAREANO 2019 program. Survey and IMR vessel Geograph will be used for the project that runs through to late fall.

Siemens has also awarded a contract for the Beatrice Offshore Wind Farm Project in the North Sea, utilising CSV Skandi Constructor until the summer.

Lastly, DOF Subsea has been awarded several contracts in the Asia Pacific region, utilising Skandi Singapore and Skandi Hercules.

Grant spent nine years at Informa Group based in London, Sydney, Hong Kong and Singapore. He gained strong management experience in publishing, conferences and awards schemes in the shipping and legal areas, working on a number of titles including Lloyd's List. In 2009 Grant joined Seatrade responsible for the commercial development of Seatrade’s Asia products. In 2012, with Sam Chambers, he co-founded Asia Shipping Media.
