DOF wins $30m worth of contracts

Norway’s DOF has secured two projects with an estimated combined revenue of approximately $30m.

The first contract covers engineering, preparation, removal, and disposal (EPRD) for an FPSO cessation project in the North Sea. Under the contract, DOF will disconnect, transport and pre-moor the floating unit, and retrieve and recycle the mooring system.

Project management and engineering has already started, with offshore execution set for Q3 of 2024 utilising a total of four vessels, including Skandi Hera and Skandi Iceman.

The second contract has been won in the APAC region for field decommissioning support in association with a depleted field offshore Australia. The project, starting in December, will utilise the Skandi Hercules and be completed over a five-to-seven-week period.
