Enesel orders aframax pair at Daehan

Greek owner Andonis and Filippos Lemos-led Enesel has placed an order at South Korean yard Daehan for the construction of two aframax tankers as part of its fleet renewal plan.

According to shipbroking sources, the price for the two 114,000 dwt vessels is $48m and delivery is scheduled in 2020.

In June, Enesel sold two 114,000 dwt elderly aframax tankers Pantelis and Sparto.

The company currently has another four VLCC on order at Hyundai Heavy Industries.
