IM Skaugen to delist from Oslo in September

Norwegian gas carrier operator IM Skaugen will delist from Oslo Stock Exchange in September following it submission of a delisting application to the stock exchange last month.

According to a release by Oslo Stock Exchange, the shares of IM Skaugen will be delisted on September 17 and the last day of listing will be September 14.

Late last month, IM Skaugen filed restructuring applications at the High Court in Singapore to reorganise its liabilities and businesses.
