McDermott awarded Middle East contract

McDermott International has announced today that it has been awarded an offshore contract by an upstream oil and gas operator for a project in the Middle East.

The contract includes engineering, procurement, fabrication, transportation and installation of offshore pipelines. McDermott has commenced engineering and offshore mobilization of it vessels. The project is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
