Navios Maritime Containers moves ahead with US listing

Angeliki Frangou’s Navios Maritime Containers is pushing ahead with a listing due in two weeks’ time on the Nasdaq Global Select Market.

In preparation, the company has requested the N-OTC in Oslo to halt the trading of its common shares. The last day of trading on the N-OTC is today, with the last VPS settlement on Wednesday.

Headquartered in Monaco, Navios Maritime Containers was founded by Navios Maritime Holdings in April last year. It has built up a fleet of bargain boxships that it has since chartered out.
