Noble Corporation awarded drillship contract extension by Esso

Noble Corporation has been awarded a contract by Esso for the deployment of its drillship Noble Tom Madden in Guyana.

The contract is for a period of one year from February 2019 to February 2020, after the current contract with the Esso expires.

The latest contract also included three one-well options.

Noble currently operates a fleet of 27 offshore drilling units, consisting of 14 drillships and semi-submersibles and 13 jackups.
