Northern Offshore Group is consolidating its footprint in the UK by integrating CTV operator Mareel under Northern Offshore Services (N-O-S).
The move will see 16 vessels added to N-O-S’ fleet making the company “the world’s leading CTV operator”.
The company said this was a significant step towards optimising synergies within the organisation and paving the way for a unified market approach.
“The advance of N-O-S Ltd, is in line with our global growth plan, and to utilise N-O-S’s extensive experience within the renewable energy segment,” said David Kristensson, CEO of Northern Offshore Group.
