Offshore seismic acquisition specialist PGS has secured a contract with an undisclosed independent energy company for work on a carbon storage project offshore Norway.
The survey is scheduled to start in September and has a duration of approximately one month.
Last year, the Oslo-listed company established itself as a strong player in the carbon storage survey market, successfully completing four acquisition jobs, including the Northern Lights joint venture project also offshore Norway.
