Repsol exercises final option for Golden Energy Offshore’s PSV

Norway’s Golden Energy Offshore Services AS (GEOS) has received a contract extension for the 2005-built platform supply vessel Energy Swan from Repsol Norge.

The contract extension is in direct continuation of the current charter, which started in 2021 for a firm period of one year plus a total of one year of options.

Repsol Norge and GEOS agreed to several extensions after the expiration of the firm period. The first one was to extend the charter for an additional six months until May 1, 2023. After that, the two companies agreed to two two-month extensions – the first until July 1 and the other until September 1.

Repsol Norge and GEOS have now agreed to extend the contract with an additional two months until November 1, 2023. After this extension expires, Repsol Norge will have no more options for the Energy Swan PSV.
