Norwegian offshore vessel operator Siem Offshore has secured a medium-term contract for two of its anchor handling tug supply (AHTS) vessels in Australia.
The contract with an undisclosed major operator is for the 2010-built Siem Aquamarine and 2011-built Siem Amethyst.
Siem Offshore did not disclose the value of the fixture which is set to commence in late 2023.
The Cayman Islands-incorporated firm, with its main offices in Kristiansand, Norway, sports a fleet of 28 vessels, including some that are partly owned.
