Norwegian shipowner Simon Møkster Shipping has secured long-term employment for a pair of its platform supply vessels in the UK North Sea.
The 2006-built Stril Odin and 2005-built sister vessel Strilmøy have been fixed on multi-year contracts to an undisclosed operator.
Financial terms have not been disclosed, but brokers are reporting term fixtures for PSVs with a 900 sq m deck and larger at around $21,000 per day.
