Sinwa Group has acquired offshore marine supplies, logistics and supply chain management specialist Francois Marine & Offshore from Northern Marine Group.
The merger between the two major marine, offshore supply, and logistics businesses will see Sinwa Group expand its operations and capabilities to support a growing global client base.
Sinwa bought Francois Marine & Offshore’s Asian ship supply, logistic operations, and infrastructure in Singapore, Hong Kong, China, and South Korea. The acquired company will continue under the brand Francois Marine & Offshore.
It is worth noting that the acquisition of Francois Marine & Offshore does not include the subsidiary Francois Marine BV in Rotterdam, nor Francois Offshore Catering.
