Two new charters for Euroseas

Greek containership and dry bulk owner Euroseas has announced that it has chartered out 2,556 teu containership Evridiki G under a two year time charter contract. The intermediate container carrier has been contracted out at a gross rate of $11,000 per day.

Additionally, the company said it has taken delivery of 82,00 dwt kamsarmax bulk carrier Xenia from Jiangsu Yangzijiang Shipbuilding, with the vessel immediately commencing a time charter contract until January 2020 at a gross daily rate of $14,100. The charterer has an option to extend for an additional year at a gross daily rate of $14,350.

Grant spent nine years at Informa Group based in London, Sydney, Hong Kong and Singapore.
