EGAS signs FSRU contract with Hoegh
Cairo: Egyptian Natural Gas Holding (EGAS) has signed a contract with Norway’s Höegh LNG to charter FSRU Höegh Gallant for a period of five years.
The FSRU, built by Korean shipbuilder Hyundai, is scheduled to start operation at Ain Sokhna port by March 2015. It will provide 500m cubic feet of natural gas per day.
The contract is valued at around $40m per year. [04/11/14]
