Shanghai: BOMESC Offshore Engineering, a Tianjin-based EPC company is planning an ipo on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
BOMESC provides comprehensive services in the offshore oil and gas and mining sectors. Currently 90% of the company’s business come from international clients including ExxonMobil, ConocoPhillips, Petrobras, Shell, Apache and Chevron.
BOMESC plans to issue 58.7m shares in the IPO with no further details were revealed. [01/07/14]
