Kuala Lumpur: Bumi Armada is pushing ahead with a Sukuk financing deal worth up to RM1.5bn. Proceeds will go on Shariah compliant purposes to finance the capital expenditure, working capital, general funding and financing requirements and general corporate purposes of Bumi Armada and its subsidiaries.
The principal adviser and lead arranger for the Sukuk programme is Maybank Investment Bank. [27/03/14]
