Guangzhou: CCCC Fourth Harbor Engineering Co has signed with Jiangmen local government in Guangdong province to acquire Jiangmen Yinxing Shipbuilding, which will then be integrated into Hangtong Shipbuilding, CCCC Fourth Harbor Engineering’s shipbuilding arm in Jiangmen.
According to the agreement, CCCC Fourth Harbor Engineering will invest up to RMB20m initially to add more shipbuilding facilities in the shipyard. [05/03/14]
