Singapore: Kwa Lay San has become the latest executive to resign from FSL Trust. The 40-year-old is relinquishing her position as senior vice president and chief risk officer. She will step down on October 3. FSL Trust suffered a serious management clearout in the summer with many of top management quitting. A new ceo, Allan Hatton, was installed just under a month ago.
