CM Energy Shipping sees profit sinking

Shanghai: China Merchants Energy Shipping has announced its 2012 general results through the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
The company has achieved an operating revenue of RMB2.87bn, a growth of 2.8% year-on-year, however, net profit has dropped by 47.11% to RMB85.96m.

CMES attributed the decrease to the continued low freight rates in the tanker market.  [10/01/13]
