Hong Kong: China Cosco Holding announced that the disposals of Qingdao Management and Shanghai Tianhongli have been completed, and both firms are no longer Cosco subsidiaries.
The company has gained approximately RMB3.678m from the disposals, which will be included in the financial statements of the group for 2013.
