COSL’s large 2013 outlay

Beijing: China Oilfield Services (COSL) has outlined its spending plans for the year, which will see two 400ft jack-ups and a 5,000ft semi-sub ordered as well as 14 utility vessels, a PSV, a survey ship and a seismic vessel.

COSL has been among the fastest growing offshore players in the world for the past 18 months, something that is set to continue for the foreseeable future. COSL orders all its ships on home soil traditionally.  [01/02/13]
