Hong Kong: Courage Marine Holdings, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Courage Marine Group, has entered into an MOA with Dong-A Tanker for the acquisition of a vessel, for a total amount of US$7.5m. The company expects to receive the ship before 28 February 2013.
Courage Marine said in a statement that the company has been endeavoring to renew its fleet by acquiring newer vessels in place of the older ones, and has completed a series of disposal of old ships and the proceeds of such sales are intended for acquiring further ships when the right opportunity comes.
