Hong Kong: The board of Hong Kong-based Courage is exploring opportunities for acquiring equity or other interests in real estate or property development projects as part of the group’s plans to diversify its business scope.
Currently, Courage Marine principally engages in the business of providing vessel charting servicers, however, the dry bulk market is under intense pressure and the board believes that the group needs to diversify its income and reduce its dependence on freight income, the company said in a statement.
