CSC Phoenix sued by sister firms

Shanghai: The financially-troubled CSC Phoenix is facing more lawsuits; the company announced yesterday that it has received two court summons and a civil ruling from Wuhan Maritime Court as the company has been sued by Nanjing Tanker and Chongqing Changjiang Shipping, both of which are subsidiaries of Sinotrans & CSC Group.

Chongqing Changjiang Shipping has requested CSC Phoenix to repay ship repair fees and overdue ship chartering fees of RMB15.38m in total and Nanjing Tanker has asked to get ship repair fees of RMB7.41m from CSC Phoenix.
