Dalian: New York-listed Diana Shipping has announced that it has acquired a 180,000dwt capesize bulker under construction at Qingdao Beihai Shipbuilding for $50m.
The vessel will be delivered in the middle of January.
Diana Shipping also acquired a bulker of the same size from Qingdao Beihai Shipbuilding in June this year at a price of $58m. [10/12/14]
