Singapore: Golden Ocean has made an announcement that the company will delist from the Singapore Stock Exchange on March 20, with the last day of trading on March 16, as part of its plan to merge with Knightsbridge Shipping.
The merger was first announced last October, and Golden Ocean expected the deal to be completed by the end of March. [11/02/15]
