Shanghai: A leading China-based conglomerate, HNA Group, has announced the completion of the acquisition of TIP Trailer Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of GE Capital.
“The acquisition complements our existing investments in world-wide marine container leasing and ship leasing. We continue to strengthen our finance and services capabilities internationally,” said Tan Xiangdong, vice chairman of HNA.
TIP Trailer Services is one of Europe's leading equipment services providers. It specialises in leasing and rental of trailers, tankers and other equipment.
