Shanghai: One of the leading Chinese military and civilian shipbuilders, Hudong Zhonghua Shipbuilding has signed a cooperation framework agreement with domestic water technology company Origin Water to set up a jv.
The new company will focus on research and development in the sectors of water resource utilization, marine water treatment equipment etc., and also set up a professional R&D Center for marine water treatment.
The comprehensive strength in shipbuilding of Hudong Zhonghua attracts our company, we will take advantages to develop shipping, offshore and civil-used water treatment equipment, Origin Water said. [16/12/13]
