Bangkok: Thai shipowner Jutha Maritime has completed a $3.2m private placement in Bangkok, with two brothers, Neeracha Panboonhom and Parleerat Panboonhom, buying a total of 22.45m shares.
The move strengthen’s Jutha’s debt-to-equity ratio, making it easier to secure more loans, Jutha said. [25/10/13]
