Singapore: Vijay Kamath, the svp and chief commercial officer at First Ship Lease Trust, has become the latest senior management figure to resign from the Singapore firm. This summer saw a mass walkout by many of the top executives of the trust. FSL Trust said Kamath had left to pursue other career opportunities. [04/10/13]
