Hong Kong: Kingsley Koo from Valles Steamship has become the new chairman of the Hong Kong Shipowners Association (HKSOA), replacing Island Navigation’s Alan Tung. Koo will serve for two years after which he is likely to be replaced by newly elected deputy chairman Sabrina Chao from Wah Kwong. Founded 58 years ago the HKSOA is among the most vocal shipowner associations in the world. [02/12/13]
