Kuala Lumpur: Micaline, a subsidiary of Malaysia-listed Shin Yang Shipping Corporation (Syscorp), has incorporated Bayshore Shipping Services in Singapore.
Bayshore is engaged in shipbroking services and as an agent for providing commercial management and marketing services in relation to vessels' shipments activities, a Syscorp exchange filing said today.
Ownership of Bayshore is shared between Micaline (69.80% ownership), GA Chartering (30%) and Mr Ling Lu Kuang, non-executive director of Sarawak Oil Palms (0.2%).
Micaline is itself 55% owned by Syscorp. [7/11/14]
