Shanghai: Ningbo Marine announced that it has signed a coal shipping agreement with Zhejiang Energy Fuxing Fuel Company, a subsidiary of new Ningbo Marine owner Zhejiang Energy Group, to provide shipping service of about 12m tons of coal for the company in 2013, the estimated contract value is no more than RMB630m.
Zhejiang Energy said it will integrate two of its shipping subsidiaries Fuxing Shipping and Tongli Shipping into Ningbo Marine in the next five years, and Ningbo Marine will be its only platform for domestic shipping business. [19/03/13]
