Phnom Penh: Having failed to make all the necessary requirements for listing this year state-owned Sihanoukville Autonomous Port is now planning to debut on the local bourse in June 2013. Phnom Penh Autonomous Port is likely to follow suit, as the government is determined to make its once-moribund stock exchange more lively, and also to make state run entities more market orientated.
