Hong Kong: In a much telegraphed move Sabrina Chao has stepped up to become chairman of Wah Kwong Maritime Transport Holdings. She takes over from her father George, who has been appointed president of the famous Hong Kong bulker outfit. Vincent Lai has been appointed chief financial officer and a director of the company. Ms Chao has been running the day-to-day activities of the 60-year-old firm for the past couple of years ever since her father was taken ill. [17/01/13]
