Singapore: The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) has decided not to renew the bunker supplier license belonging to Coast-Channels Marine Services Pte Ltd citing contraventions of the terms and conditions of the bunkering licence, effectively cancelling the licence.
Coast-Channels Marine Services Pte Ltd was found to have breached the terms and conditions of the Bunkering Licence by allowing other companies to use its Bunker Delivery Notes to supply bunkers to the customers of those other companies. The company is no longer allowed to operate as a bunker supplier in the port of Singapore.
Last Monday the MPA cancelled the licences of two bunkering service providers Golden Lights HS Bunkering Pte Ltd and Shing Li Shipping Pte Ltd for contravening the terms and conditions of their bunkering licences. [02/07/13]
