Hong Kong: Sinopec Fuel Oil Sales has started supplying bonded bunkers in the port of Rizhao in Shandong province.
Ship owners can refuel their ships at the anchorage ground instead of berths at port now according to reports.
This follows on from this March’s move by Sinopec to start selling bonded bunker sales at Lanshan port, some 50 km south of Rizhao port. [23/10/12]
