Stolt-Nielsen fundraising above target

Oslo: Norwegian tanker owner Stolt-Nielsen surpassed its fundraising target by selling bonds worth $141m.

The Oslo-listed company announced today the successful placement of senior unsecured bonds in a new five-year bond issue. The placement was oversubscribed.

Danske Bank Markets, DNB Markets, Nordea Markets and Pareto Securities acted as joint lead managers.
