Shanghai: CSC Phoenix announced today that three of its vessels have been sold via auctions by Wuhan Maritime Court under the request of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank.
The vessels “Chang Hang Jiang Hai”, “Chang Hang Hui Hai” and “Chang Hang Bo Hai” have been purchased by Shandong Ruili Investment, Tianjin Tongyangsheng Shipping and Shanghai Jimei Shipping respectively. The total transaction price for the three vessels was RMB268.8m.
CSC Phoenix said the auctions have led to a RMB466m loss in assets for the company. [23/10/13]
