Shanghai: TMT has submitted evidence to a Chinese court to substantiate its claim of wrongful arrest of its ship F Elephant.
A spokesperson for TMT said, "The evidence we will present to court clearly demonstrates that procedures were not followed.”
The spokesperson went onto say, "F Elephant has been under arrest for nearly one year, meaning a huge loss of business. We will now begin procedures to ensure we are fully compensated for this disruption". [03/05/13]
