Singapore: Singapore-listed offshore services provider Vallianz Holdings has announced the cessation of its ceo, Yeo Chee Neng, and chief financial officer, Phoon Kim Sin, as well as the appointment of a new ceo, Ling Yong Wah.
Ling joined Vallianz in March 2014 as an executive director.
Yeo has been re-designated as a non-executive director and vice chairman of the company, and Phoon as director.
Vallianz has also announced the appointment of Wong Leong Jeam as a non-executive and independent director of the company. [14/01/15]
