Blystad Group’s platform supply vessel Songa Commander has secured employment with Shell in the UK North Sea.
Brokers are reporting the 2010-built unit under the management of Remøy Shipping has been fixed for one year at £25,500 ($32,600) per day.
Norwegian shipowner and investor Arne Blystad picked up the 4,900 dwt vessel from Havila Shipping in November last year.
