Bohai Ferry chairman resigns

Bohai Ferry has announced that chairman Chen Jizhuang has resigned from all positions in the company due to unspecified personal reasons.

Chen had been only been in the position for less than one year after joining Bohai Ferry as chairman in January 2016

The board has recommended Yu Xinjian, currently general manager, to become the new chairman.

Bohai Ferry mainly operates passenger-roro services between Shandong and Liaoning, and has nine ferries in its fleet.
