Six years after the split of its insurance brokerage and ship agent businesses, Cambiaso Risso Group is reconsolidating its activities in the year of the 70th anniversary.
Mauro Iguera, ceo of Cambiaso Risso Group, commenting the deal with Splash, said: “We have taken a majority share of Cambiaso & Risso shipping agency but nothing practically will change in the day to day business. The previous shareholders will stay with us and Paolo Risso will go on operating as comemercial manager of the company.”
