Franbo Lines acquires supramax bulker

Taiwanese bulker owner Franbo Lines has announced that the company has entered into a memorandum of agreement to acquire a 51,500 dwt bulk carrier from an unnamed shipowner in West Africa.

The price of the ship is between $5m-6m and delivery is scheduled by November 20.

Franbo Lines currently owns a fleet of 12 vessels made up of 11 bulk carriers and one ro-lo vessel.
