Hapag-Lloyd extends panamax charter with Diana Containerships

German line Hapag-Lloyd has extended its current time charter with Greek owner Diana Containerships for 2010-built panamax containership Sagitta
 
The 3,426 teu vessel will fetch $8,400 per day for a period of three to five months, with the new charter period commencing February 15.
 
Diana said the charter will generate around $756k based on the minimum time charter period.
 
Hapag-Lloyd originally chartered the vessel in May 2017 at $9,500 per day.

Grant Rowles

Grant spent nine years at Informa Group based in London, Sydney, Hong Kong and Singapore.
