Norwegian OSV owner Havila Shipping has secured another vessel contract extension with Equinor.
The Norwegian energy major has fixed the 2012-built platform supply vessel Havila Charisma until mid December 2024 and has three more one-year options to keep the vessel until mid-December 2027.
Equinor also recently extended the charter for the 2008-built Havila Foresight by exercising a one-year option for 2024.
At the end of June, Fosnavåg-based Havila had a fleet of 17 vessels, including 11 PSVs. Three ships have been recently sold as part of the company’s financial restructuring, including the 2010-built PSV Havila Commander.
