Mitsui OSK Lines (MOL) has bought a 20.9% stake in Malaysian firm, PKT Logistics.

PKT provides end-to-end logistics solutions, has 55,000 sq m of warehousing in Shah Alam, Selangor, and is developing a 70-acre auto hub in Batu Kawan Industrial Park, Penang.

“With its advantageous geographical location, excellent highway network, international seaports network and other well-established logistics infrastructure, Malaysia is poised to be the next regional logistics hub,” MOL said in a release from Tokyo today.
